Laura Stemmler Obringer

Laura is 500 Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching yoga since 2017, and practicing yoga for more than 20 years.

She actively advocates for health, education, conservation, and the arts, and believes that yoga aligns with her other belief systems of non-harming, minimalism, and leave-no-trace ethics. Laura believes that everyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice, and enjoys working with students who are anywhere on their yoga journey.

Laura teaches group classes (has mic and speakers), private yoga, or students can practice with friends to “Create a Class” choosing their day and time.

Laura specializes in Yoga for Climbers at her local climbing gym, and welcomes the opportunity to connect with your local gym or climbing event.
